WAITING, DELAYS, or both<\/p>

After returning to the Gala, I'm reviewing the delays and expectations.<\/p>

It is easy to criticise and state that it is poorly organised,<\/p>

Let's look at the figures <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

First ascent<\/strong><\/p>

First departure effectively at 8:30 AM the planned time<\/p>

First group<\/strong> 8:30 AM to 9:08 AM\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

A competitor's breakdown and uncooperative residents = 20 minutes.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Second group<\/strong> 10:05 to 11:02\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Stop of a competitor 5 mins, another competitor on fire\u2026 25 mins<\/p>

Total 45 minutes lost due to incidents on a single climb.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Departure: one car every 36 seconds,<\/strong> Great performance from the team!!<\/p>

Objective: To improve ourselves to save time between ascents.<\/u><\/p>

In addition, miscellaneous news items are added.<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>

- discovery of a car accident during the night = summoning of emergency services,<\/p>

-Discomfort of a 90-year-old grandma climbing a summit via the trails = intervention by our doctor\u2026.<\/p>

On the side of the Crews<\/strong><\/p>

Everyone who takes part in major events and highly regulated circuits agrees that the collective indiscipline of the crews is where% 50% of the delays must be sought.<\/p>

A common Sunday example:<\/p>

A pilot who blocks the queue to have a quiet chat with a mate for a minute, or parks in the middle of the road to help their passenger fasten their harness\u2026<\/p>

If only 60 cars out of 170 do the same = 60 minutes lost, which is 1 hour. <\/strong><\/p>

Morality in 2026<\/strong><\/p>

We will hunt down the small details to continue improving, and tackle indiscipline.<\/p>
